Lake Breeze Rosato is typically made with Langhorne Creek Grenache from the winery's oldest vines, planted in 1932.

The grapes are crushed and lightly pressed immediately, preventing the juice from taking on too much colour from the skins. A cool fermentation follows, then the wine matures on lees for three months to build texture.

Coral pink, Lake Breeze Rosato has strawberry flavours, lively acidity and a long, dry finish. Best soon after release.
